# Montagnard Refugees Increasing in Quang Duc Province

A vertical photo-sheet (code SP-1140) with Vietnamese and parallel Montagnard-language text reports that highland people in Quang Duc province are fleeing 'Communist aggressors', carrying baskets, grain and livestock, and being trucked by local authorities and the army to temporary settlements, where they receive blankets, mosquito nets, rice, salt, cooking oil, canned milk and clothing. Three photographs show the flight, the transport and the issue of relief goods. The sheet frames the movement as flight from one side and care from the other.
