# Official Civilian Defense Insignia

Reference chart of Office of Civilian Defense badges: a blue disc and white triangle repeated in rows, each holding a red symbol (flame, ladder, cross, shield, steering wheel and others) over a role name such as Air Raid Wardens or Rescue. The technique is faint here; the closest is transfer, as a uniform emblem is meant to carry the authority of the service onto each volunteer.
