# Revolutionary Development at Hieu Xuong, Tuy Hoa! (Chương trình xây dựng nông thôn tại Hiếu-Xương Tuy-Hòa)

A vertical photo-sheet (code SP-1348) reports rural construction projects at Hieu-Xuong and Tuy-Hoa: a school going up at Dong-Binh hamlet, a new bridge and repaired irrigation channel, and a dispensary under construction. The text says residents now understand that rural construction means bringing peace to the future of their land. Photographs of building work carry a slogan that equates the programme with peace, and the sheet does not mention security conditions or who pays.
