# "Our New Racial Problem: Japanese Immigration and Its Menace" (Sacramento Bee pamphlet, November 1920)

Pamphlet cover from a California newspaper that sets the words "Menace", "Startling Results of Congressional Inquiry" and "Peaceful Penetration" above a list of charges: use of citizenship, "the birth rate as an agency for colonization", control of land. The congressional hearing is borrowed as authority for the paper's own case.
