# Sa Đéc phát triển đời mới (Sadec - New Life Development)

A Vietnamese-language photo sheet (code SP-2093) says that beyond defeating the Communists the government is carrying out 'a true social revolution' from the rice fields up, and uses Binh Tien village in Sa Đéc province as its example. Four photographs show a repaved market, a new concrete arch footbridge, a new primary school sign and a steam roller on a village road, each with a caption crediting the government and American aid.
