# Suomen mies! (Man of Finland!): Soviet leaflet with a Hitler-armband arm pushing a soldier past death notices

A Finnish-language Soviet leaflet built as a photomontage: a soldier with a woman and child is gripped by a sleeve with a swastika armband marked 'HITLER', set against a wall of black-bordered death notices. The tells are the staged risk to the family and the single named author of the harm, the question 'To die for Hitler's slave command?' with no alternative weighed.

```
```
Man of Finland!

HITLER (on the armband)

TO DIE FOR HITLER'S SLAVE COMMAND?
```
Read from a 742 px by 1200 px copy. The death-notice wall is small print and only the names in the larger type were read; the personal names are transcribed as printed and 'Roland'imme' is as it appears. The leaflet's reverse side is not in this image. 'Orjakomento' is rendered 'slave command'.
