# This Store Sells at Fair Prices as Interpreted by U.S. Food Administration (Arkansas Card)

A landscape window card headed 'This Store Sells at Fair Prices' tells shoppers to deal only with merchants displaying it and to report higher prices to the Federal Food Administrator for Arkansas. A boxed space is left for a newspaper clipping of the official list, and the card is void unless the week's list is posted. The tell is the official seal and membership wording lent to a store, while the shopper is enlisted as the enforcement mechanism.
