# Pilotes Alliés d'une Escadrille de "Hurricanes"

Eight flyers in helmets and life jackets stand in a row beside an aircraft, captioned as Allied pilots of a Hurricane squadron and listed left to right by nationality: American, Australian, Canadian, Indian, Belgian, Scottish, English and Czechoslovak. The tell is the roster-by-nationality caption, which presents many peoples joining one side as evidence for it.
