# United States Navy and Army Insignia

A colour reference chart shows United States Navy and Army rank and branch insignia, each labelled by rank, on a ribbon-and-shield layout. It is an identification aid, not an argument. The only persuasive element is the tell for transfer, the gold eagles, wings and ornamental banner presenting the allied forces' symbols with prestige; no claim is made beyond the labels.
