# United We Win

A Black and a white war worker rivet an aircraft section side by side under a full-width American flag, with the words 'United We Win.' The flag transfers national loyalty to the shared job, and 'united' stands in for any claim about how Black and white workers were actually hired, paid or housed in 1943.
