# Urgent Notice: Fighting Men and Materials Are Being Shifted

An all-text red poster of four numbered points warns that information 'is reaching Japan' and tells readers not to discuss troop and ship movements, new weapons or military information gained in confidence. It is signed by the Army's G-2, the Director of Naval Intelligence and the FBI Director, and refers to 'the Jap' once in the body text.

Three agency seals and handwritten signatures sit above the printed names. Imprint line at the foot (U.S. Government Printing Office, 1945, with a number) too small to read reliably.
