# The Final Victory Weapon [Finnish] (Lopullisen voiton ase)

An aerial photograph of a four-engined US bomber with a star marking on the wing sits in a blue border of white stars, with a flag graphic and a captioned portrait of President Roosevelt beside a Finnish text. The text claims the bomber flies at 40,000 feet beyond anti-aircraft fire and the reach of the best defending fighters, and gives a production figure of 1,000 a month in 1942, with no losses or limits mentioned (card-stacking); the flag, stars and presidential portrait lend national authority to the claim (transfer).

LOPULLISEN VOITON ASE

Ameriikan “Lento-Linnoitus” on ase, jota valtaajat eivät otta-
neet huomioon. Tehden hyökkäyksiään 40,000 jalan korkeudesta
(uudet mallit voivat kohota vieläkin korkeammalle), tämä kone
on ilmatorjunta tulen ulkopuolella ja tällä korkeudella eivät
myöskään parhaimmatkaan puolustuskoneet voi sitä saavuttaa.
Paitsi Henry Fordin uusin tehdas, rakennettu erikoisesti tätä
työtä varten, neljä muuta tärkeää tehdasta U.S.A.:ssa valmistaa
näitä erinomaisia pommittajalentokoneita. Ameriikan insinöörien
taitavuus ja tuotantomme suuri etuisuus tekevät mahdolliseksi
näiden “Lento-Linnoitusten” joukko valmistuksen. U.S.A.:n
valmistus ohjelmistoon kuuluu kirjaimellisesti: 1,000 kuukaudessa,
vuonna 1942.

THE WEAPON OF FINAL VICTORY

America's "Flying Fortress" is a weapon that the aggressors did not take into account. Making its attacks from a height of 40,000 feet (new models can climb even higher), this machine is outside anti-aircraft fire, and at this height not even the best defending aircraft can reach it. Besides Henry Ford's newest plant, built specially for this work, four other important plants in the U.S.A. make these excellent bomber aircraft. The skill of America's engineers and the great advantage of our production make possible the mass production of these "Flying Fortresses". The U.S.A.'s production programme literally includes: 1,000 a month, in the year 1942.
