A page of six captioned news photographs from the USIS Valley Bandillo newsletter: Vietnamese officer-trainees at Dalat, General Mark Clark with Vietnamese servicewomen, a Thai general with a wounded soldier in Korea, a Philippine labor leader at a U.S.-study-tour factory, and President Eisenhower with his family. The tell is plain-folks and transfer: the president is shown relaxing with grandchildren, and allied armies are presented alongside U.S. commanders.
