# VC Stolen Rice Returned to the People

A landscape photo-story reports that the 10th Division and allied forces found a Viet Cong rice store in northern Binh Tuy Province in November and December 1965, that the rice was given back to villagers, that 150 Viet Cong were captured and 190 misled people returned. Photographs show the hidden store, rice being sacked and trucked, and a district chief handing it out. The tell is the closing banner, 'the Government army and the Allies help the compatriots', set against the rice-seizure pictures.
