```
A VIET CONG TERRORIST HAS BEEN CAPTURED
The Viet Cong terrorist who detonated mines and massacred 83 innocent compatriots on the Tuy Hoa-Phong Nien road was captured by the 47th Regiment while he was laying his 17th mine. Following the orders of his Communist masters, this terrorist detonated mines under a My Tan bus and 2 Lambretta vehicles carrying passengers who were peasants and children. By capturing him, the army has eliminated a dangerous murderer and saboteur.
This is the Viet Cong terrorist Pham Hoa, the chief culprit in the killing of 83 innocent compatriots.
The innocent children who died a pitiful death because of the Viet Cong terrorist's murderous act.
The Lambretta that was smashed to pieces by the mine the Viet Cong terrorist detonated.
THE WHOLE PEOPLE CONDEMN THE BLOODTHIRSTY VIET CONG!
SP-1137
```

Reading 'ĐÒ MỸ TÂN' as the bus name 'My Tan' ('Mỹ Tân') is FRAME's interpretation; the phrase may instead describe the vehicle as a modern American-made bus ('xe đò Mỹ tân'). Translation keeps the first reading.
