Lớp học miễn phí này được tổ chức tại trường trung học Kỹ-Thuật Ban-Mê-Thuột, một trong những trường lớn nhất ở Việt-Nam. Những lớp học đặc biệt này cứ 3 tháng được mở lại một lần. Sự giảng dạy không những miễn phí mà các học viên còn được trợ cấp thêm trong suốt khoá học. Muốn theo học lớp này các bạn có thể liên lạc với văn phòng Tỵ Nạn Cộng-Sản tại địa phương để hỏi thể thức theo học lớp huấn nghệ này. Khi vào học không phải thi tuyển. Các bạn đừng bỏ lỡ dịp may này vì có thể các bạn sẽ có một tương lai tươi sáng hơn cuộc sống hiện tại. Trường Trung học Kỹ-Thuật sẽ đưa ra một số giáo sư kinh nghiệm, tận tâm và sẽ có đầy đủ dụng cụ để học viên học hỏi. Các bạn hãy làm đơn càng sớm càng tốt để kịp theo học khoá mới này.
Hiện tại khoá huấn nghệ này sẽ giảng dạy về 6 nghề khác nhau: THỢ NỀ, THỢ MỘC, THỢ MÁY, THỢ THIẾC, THỢ RÈN và THỢ HÀN.
