# World Pictorial News poster, 45d: Sindhi (Sindhi poster distributed in Karachi)

A Sindhi-language pictorial news sheet dated 15 February 1957, with a green masthead. It carries seven photographs: a U.S. polar expedition with a film camera and U.S. flag, a drawing of a Hungarian mother holding a dead child, a Pakistani squash champion, a speech on Pakistan's food problems, and relief supplies flown to Egypt and unloaded at Alexandria. The tell is card-stacking: the selection pairs U.S. science and relief aid with a drawing captioned as by a former communist artist.
