# Proclamation 'Građani grada Zagreba!' by Boris Buzančić calling for volunteers to the National Protection units (Zagreb, 1991)

Framed typeset proclamation headed PROGLAS with the red-white chequerboard shield at the upper right and the line 'GRAĐANI GRADA ZAGREBA!' in large type. It tells residents that the homeland 'is in peril', asks all who have not yet done so to enrol in volunteer National Protection units at their local community offices, and ends 'Sve za Hrvatsku - svi za Hrvatsku' (All for Croatia - all for Croatia). The tells are the 'in peril' framing and the appeal to join 'the multitude of resolute defenders', which presents enrolment as what everyone is already doing.
