Coming? Then Hurry! Air Crews Wanted Now for the R.A.A.F.

A smiling airman in flying kit gives a thumbs-up from the cockpit edge of an aircraft, with a roundel-marked fighter in the sky behind him, under the question 'Coming?' and the order 'then hurry!'. The tell is the casual, already-under-way invitation that treats enlisting as what others are doing, with urgency added by 'NOW'.
