Use Your Pay During the War to Add to Your Pay After the War!
A workman in shirtsleeves and braces, seen from behind, takes a War Savings Certificate from one window clerk and holds his pay from a second window marked PAYMASTER. Text reads 'Use your pay during the war, to ADD to your pay after the war! Buy War Savings Certificates'. The tell for plain-folks is the unnamed ordinary wage-earner as the figure for the audience to identify with.
