Buy More War Savings Certificates for Victory

A caricatured, scowling Hitler head is gripped in a pair of nutcracker-like V-shaped jaws pushed shut by a soldier and a factory worker, under 'Buy MORE WAR SAVINGS CERTIFICATES FOR VICTORY'. The tell is the caricature: the enemy leader is reduced to a comic, defeated face and the purchase is cast as the force that crushes it.
