Buy Victory Bonds (lettering poster, artist Stacey)
Yellow tumbling capital-and-lowercase letters with drop shadows spell 'Buy Victory Bonds' on a deep blue gradient. The poster is type only: the single word 'Victory' is the entire argument, a virtue word with no stated rate, term or reason attached (glittering generalities).
