Crooked Politicians Are Elected by Honest People Who Don't Vote (English registration notice distributed in the Philippines)
A typed notice under the hand-lettered heading 'Crooked politicians are elected by honest people who don't vote!'. It lists registration days (26 September and 3 October 1953), election day (10 November 1953), how to check a precinct list, whom to apply to if refused, and what to do after moving. The tell is a slogan ('honest people' who stay home elect 'crooked' ones) placed over practical voter instructions.
