Ideas will help beat the promise - let's have yours!
Suggestion-program poster: a worker in overalls scratches his head beside a giant pale head with its top open to show gears, with question marks reading 'Idea?' around him. The technique is plain-folks, an ordinary worker invited to contribute. Slogan: 'Ideas will help beat the promise'.
