They show a forensic physician holding a skull, the Tehran military governor and an officer at a house, a man named as a Tudeh party terrorist and killer, and the victim's brother with a prosecutor's representative. Captions call the party's killings 'dastardly terrorism'. The tell is name-calling: the party is labelled by those terms.
