Irrigation poster, Job No. 3: Water for the Dry Season (Lao poster distributed in Vientiane)
A Lao-language photo poster built around a blue map of Laos with seven marked sites (Nam Bac, Muong Phieng, Nafay, Ban Ban, Saravane, Thateng, Khong). Photographs show bulldozers, canal and weir building, hand labour and Lao and American staff, with two portrait roundels. The title and captions describe irrigation works for dry-season rice. The tell is plain-folks, ordinary farmers and workers and project staff shown building local irrigation.

Water for the dry season. [Lao body text and captions not transcribed or translated.]
Only the headline and the Latin-script map labels were transcribed; the Lao body text is too small and dense to read reliably.
