Let's get this shield up! Buy extra war bonds today - 4th War Loan
Wide window-display card showing a red, white and blue shield in a house window reading 'We bought extra war bonds, 4th War Loan', beside the line 'Let's get this shield up!' and a banner 'Buy extra war bonds today'. The shield stands for neighbours who have already bought, so a household without one is visibly outside the group (bandwagon), and the shield borrows flag colours and stars (transfer).
