The Dutch Fight on to Victory

A giant sailor with 'Koninklijke Marine' on his cap waves a Dutch flag from a gun mount, with a warship and a formation of aircraft behind him, under the words 'The Dutch fight on to victory'. The tell is the flag and the navy uniform scaled up to monumental size so that national symbols carry the claim of victory, with no figures or events cited.
