Class 1. Slogans for the New Life Movement set by the president's own hand. (1) The foundation of the nation is the morality of its citizens. (2) To restore the nation's inherent standing, we must first restore the nation's inherent morality. (3) Everyone must be anxious and apprehensive in order to restore the nation's standing. (4) After we have restored our inherent morality, knowledge and ability, we must also go and learn the science of the new age; only then can we talk of equality with foreign countries.
