Repairs: They've just got to be right!
Two men at a lathe: a machinist in overalls and cap holds a rod while a supervisor in a red cap looks on, beside a red-and-white tag reading 'STOP, Hold until approved'. 'Repairs' and 'They've just got to be right!' run below. The technique is faint here: ordinary factory workers are the messengers (plain-folks), with the inspection tag as the instruction.
