SEATO poster No. 1, flag ring (Urdu, Karachi)
An Urdu-language SEATO poster with the same design as the English flag-ring sheet: eight member-state flags and olive sprigs around a circle of clasped hands. The slogan reads 'Collective security, the path of peace'. The tell is glittering generalities and transfer: peace and joined hands are attached to a security alliance, and the flags of Pakistan and the other members stand for shared membership.
