First line is legible as 'AMIIN'; the second line's middle letters are an illegible cursive flourish; the digits read '82', likely an abbreviated year, which would postdate the source record's March 8, 1976 photograph date. No other painted lettering is legible elsewhere on the panel. A separate poster on the wall to its left is a different object, too out of focus to transcribe here.
