ĐẬP LÚA BẰNG MÁY ! Một máy đập lúa vừa được chuyên viên Canh Nông của tổ chức Tình Nguyện Quốc Tế và Cơ-quan USAID đem ra trình bày cho dân chúng tại Ba Xuyên. Máy này với khả năng đập lúa bằng 10 nhân công hợp sức, sẽ giúp tăng gia mức sản xuất lúa gạo tại Ba Xuyên. Đây là một phần trong chương trình cải tiến của Chính Phủ nhằm đem lại một đời sống tốt đẹp hơn cho dân chúng. Chuyên viên USAID chỉ cho anh này cách đặt lúa vào máy. Sau 15 phút thử tập anh đã có thể xử dụng chiếc máy đập. Anh này thử chính tay đặt lúa vào máy đập dưới mắt quan sát của chuyên viên. SP-1089
THRESHING RICE BY MACHINE! A rice-threshing machine was just presented to the people in Ba Xuyen by an agricultural specialist of the International Voluntary [Services] organization and the USAID agency. With the capacity to thresh rice equal to ten labourers working together, this machine will help raise rice production in Ba Xuyen. This is part of the Government's improvement programme to bring a better life to the people. The USAID specialist shows this young man how to put the rice into the machine. After 15 minutes of practice he is able to use the threshing machine. This young man tries putting the rice into the threshing machine with his own hands under the specialist's watchful eye. SP-1089
