This is propaganda where origin is a named department, institutional form is an undeclared civilian appointment plus a research-looking site, and the design goal is to move identification so a funding or affiliation question about the speaker reads as an attack on the troops or on data. Gray does not cancel the method. It is not a finding that DSA has no foreign fellow travelers, that Hegseth may not hire veterans, that Pounds invented every node, or that a personal project is automatically a PSYOP. A same-method test applies in reverse. A Defense Department that parked anti-war influencers in undisclosed SGE slots, let them keep posting as independent journalists, and published a personal map of conservative churches as a MAGA solidarity network would be this brief with the nouns swapped.

Literacy counter: keep three objects apart. One: the SGE and HQE appointments and the June-to-July credential change. Those are dated. Two: a public map of groups that really exist. That can be checked node by node. Three: the instruction that an undeclared Pentagon payroll is just patriotism, and that appearing on the map is itself the case against you.
