A New Concept in Educational Exchange (English-Chinese poster distributed in Taipei)
A blue bilingual English-Chinese announcement poster from the United States Educational Foundation in China. A white panel sets out five rules for package exchange programmes: an American professor works with a Chinese professor while Chinese researchers and junior faculty go to the U.S. to prepare to teach the same course. A diagram lists seven subject packages for 1965-66, including history, mathematics, economics and physics. The tell is glittering-generalities in the headline 'A New Concept'; the body is a plain notice of terms.
