U.S. soldier steps from defeated Germany to Japan (PWB propaganda sheet)
A colour sheet in which a helmeted American soldier, a second soldier behind him, strides from a globe flying a white flag over a swastika onto a globe whose only label is the Japanese characters for Japan. The tell is the sequence as proof: Germany's collapse is shown as a step already taken and Japan as the next ground, with no argument or figure offered. The only text on the face is the word 'Japan'.
