Be with him at every mail call
V-Mail poster: a smiling woman in a pink blouse writes a letter at a desk, with a dim photograph of helmeted soldiers reading mail behind her, under 'Be with him at every mail call' and 'V-Mail is private, reliable, patriotic'. The tell is the string of approving adjectives and the pairing of the writer with the soldiers receiving letters.
