Are You a Skilled Artisan Desiring Promotion to the Rank of Acting Armament Staff Serjeant?
A red spanner frames a Staff Serjeant's three-chevron badge and crown under a headline asking skilled artisans if they want promotion, with the trade list and a minimum pay of 9/9d a day below. The rank, pay and trades are stated plainly; the one technique is the aspirational promotion framing, with the badge and crown carrying prestige.
