Don't Miss This - Free Movies!

A film-set scene with a director in a chair, studio lamps and a projector beam casting a screen reading 'FREE MOVIES!' with blank lines for place and time and three blank yellow boxes. The poster is a fill-in announcement template: the only issuer text is 'Presented by National War Finance Committee'. The technique tag is the closest fit; film glamour is used to draw an audience to a war-finance event.
