Front side only; faint show-through of the reverse ('Hãy ra Chiêu-Hồi trước khi quá trễ', Chieu Hoi emblems) is not transcribed. The last mark of 'thiêu-huỷ' is faint. The handwritten 'F' is an archival or press mark. The AWM identification strip at the foot of the scan is omitted.
