Constant care will get us there

Long horizontal banner in red and navy type reading 'Constant care will get us there', ending in the Ordnance Department's flaming-bomb emblem and the tag 'Keep 'em shooting!'. The technique is faint: a slogan of general virtue (care) tied to the unit's emblem and a rallying phrase.
