Follow the Oldtimer's advice: Produce the plus
Workplace poster: a smiling older machinist in overalls shakes hands with a younger worker carrying a lunch box, with advice in a panel reading 'Handle tools carefully, prevent accidents, avoid spoilage' and the slogan 'Produce the plus'. The older worker as trusted peer is a plain-folks and testimonial device; the message is practical conduct on the job.
