For a secure future buy war bonds
A large painted portrait of a smiling farmer looks off to the side above a farmhouse and barn, two graduates in caps and gowns, a girl, a toy truck and tractor, and his hands holding a fan of war bonds. The headline promises 'a secure future' and the footer says 'Buy War Bonds': the family's hoped-for prosperity is attached to the purchase.
