Read from the 342-px image; the slogan is in large characters and clear. It is printed in the older right-to-left horizontal order, so the image shows it reversed relative to left-to-right reading. The form 恊 is a variant of 協 (cooperate). Commons' own transcription of the caption is 日華滿恊助天下太平. No other text is on the poster.
