I'm tired of taking the rap for missing a German or Jap

Equipment-care cartoon for ordnance crews: weeping soldiers cradle bombs while a speech balloon says Joe Dope dents the fins so bombs 'swoop all over the map'. A thought cloud shows a bomber crew watching a miss. The tell is name-calling of the careless handler, delivered as humour. The balloon names German and Japanese targets.

I'm tired of taking the rap
For missing a German or Jap-
That Dope dents the fins
And the blinking bomb spins
And swoops all over the map!
