Jugoslavia's Merchant Seamen Fight...
Ten grey ship silhouettes in two columns on a blue ground sit above a cut-out photograph of a crowd of merchant seamen at a ship's rail, under the stencil title 'Jugoslavia's' and the script line 'merchant seamen fight...'. The tell is the repeated ship icon standing for the merchant fleet and the group photograph offered as the vouching evidence, with no figures, dates or ship names given.
