Keep These Under Cover
Restaurant hygiene poster: a smiling server leans over a glass-fronted food counter and places a cherry on a whipped-cream dessert, with pies, an eclair, salad and ice behind the glass. The text is 'Keep these under cover'. The technique is faint: a plain instruction carried by a friendly figure.
