Keep These Cold
Restaurant hygiene poster: a smiling server looks into a refrigerator holding milk bottles, shrimp, ham, custards and a dish of macaroni, with a thermometer reading 50. The instruction is 'Keep these cold'. The technique is faint: the plain instruction is carried by a friendly figure and an appetising display.
