Military Aid poster, equipment handover (Khmer, Phnom Penh)
A Khmer-language photo sheet on a ceremony handing over U.S. military equipment to the Cambodian army: helmeted troops on parade, officers and civilians at a podium, an American general reading at a microphone, then rows of armoured cars, jeeps and trucks. Boxed captions with arrows name the speakers and say the equipment was given by the United States to the army of Cambodia. The tell is transfer: the formal ceremony and the massed vehicles attach official standing to the aid.
