The New Government of the United States (Japanese poster distributed in Asia)
Two photographs, with Japanese text,, a portrait of Dwight D. Eisenhower signing at a desk before a flag and the House of Representatives taking the oath, sit beside nine cabinet portraits, each with a small icon for his department. The text says voters chose a president, vice-president and Congress, and that Eisenhower then chose his cabinet. The tell is transfer: the authority of the ballot, the flag and the oath is attached to the new administration. The sheet describes it without criticism or comment.
